First of all they listened carefully to the nature of my reason for seeking their services. The not only performed at a high level of expertise, but the tech I had been working with showed a capacity for patience and tact when he was helping make my choices and for my network protection requirements. I appreciated his patience and his knowledge during the instaillation. Great Job on his part.
I tried the free version, and it was decent for free. However, making the commitment to go full version offered me peace of mind that makes the investment worthwhile due to TotalAV's rating.

Well, i haven't gotten back to using my computer yet after using the app so I don't know how it did at cleaning things. What I didn't like is that I ran a clean-up scan to get rid of all the cookies and then find out that Total Av also uses cookies. I will be getting rid of them in a little bit.

After several tries, this product seems to be working flawlessly now. The latest scan went off without a hitch. It is now installed on all my devices, laptop, phone, two tablets. I highly recommend this product.

Avoid TotalAV – Untrustworthy Company
I strongly advise against using TotalAV. Despite canceling my subscription through Apple in August last year, they have continued to charge me every month—sometimes nearly £15! I have contacted their support team multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, they keep telling me to cancel my subscription (which I already did) and send me broken links that lead nowhere.
There is no real customer support or accountability. I have not used their services since last August, yet they refuse to refund the unauthorized charges. A trustworthy company would not continue to bill customers after cancellation and then ignore refund requests.
I wish I had never subscribed in the first place. If you’re considering TotalAV, think twice before giving them your payment details.

I saw this software suite at £99 then it popped up at £80 off leaving £19 to pay great deal or so I thought! I paid by paypal then came another element of the suite £39.90, then another and another, trying to back out is impossible. 2 elements have gone through I have not downloaded any software as I do not trust them!!!
